About Us
Founder Jennifer Maximenko, MHA, RT
Jennifer has over twenty years’ experience as an interventional radiology technologist and has worked in the office-based lab and ambulatory surgery center arena for more than half of her career. As an IR technologist and ASC administrator, she has worked side by side with physicians, assisting with endovascular procedures in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Her experience also includes revenue operations management, financial expertise, state and federal regulatory knowledge, and survey preparedness. Jennifer’s most recent administrative position was that of VP of Operations for a large vascular practice in Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities included managing all staff, credentialing and privileging of providers, financial analysis, policy and procedure development, electronic health record implementation, business development, accreditation preparation, and facility management for three Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery centers and several physician offices. She currently partners with physician practices, management companies, and law firms spanning the East coast. Jennifer graduated from the Reading Hospital with a technical degree in Radiologic Technology, Ursinus College with a BS in Psychology, and St. Joseph’s University with a Master’s in Health Care Administration. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Health Care Law from Seton Hall University.
